Cancellations and Refunds

At Taxmate, we are committed to providing professional Company Registration and Compliance services. Our platform also serves as an internal workspace for our employees and associates who facilitate these services through payment links and consultations.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request cancellations for service orders under the following conditions:

  • Registration Services: Cancellations can only be made before the application process has been initiated with the government authorities (MCA, GSTN, etc.).
  • Associate Participation: Associates can terminate their collaboration with Taxmate as per the internal service level agreement.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the progress of the service:

  • Government Fees: Any fees paid towards government challans, stamp duties, or statutory filing fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.
  • Professional Fees: We offer a partial refund of professional fees if the service is cancelled before the documentation draft is completed.
  • Full Refunds: A full refund of professional fees is only applicable if the service has not started within 48 hours of payment.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email support@taxmate.co with your transaction details and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
  • The refund typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any discrepancies or issues with the services provided by our Chartered Accountants, we encourage you to contact our support head at support@taxmate.co. We aim to resolve all professional service disputes within 15 working days.
